As the leading wedding photographers in Tulsa we simply take more wedding photos than anyone else in Tulsa. Because of the volume of wedding photos that we take we get to hear the feedback of more brides to be than nearly anyone else as well. And recently we have been hearing that more and more brides are wanting to have “fashion bridals taken.” Essentially they are looking to get their photos taken in a way that really pushes the envelope and creates a great look for them in their wedding dress. In Vogue Magazine and the Knot.com Magazine, girls have a whole team working with them to help them look good. They have a makeup artist. They have constant lighting. They have a professional photographers posing them. They have photoshop to help them. Just look at the most recent cover of Vogue that featured the singing sensation Adele. Adele was photoshopped to the max. She is a beautiful lady, but a lot of work was done to help her achieve the fashion look that she displayed on the magazine. To help the brides of Tulso also achieve this look, we have decided to team up with Facchianos, the Mayo Hotel and Glamour Artz of Tulsa to host a little competition.
This competition will features 12 girls that got married in 2012. Each of these girls will be randomly selected out of the previous customer database by Facchiano’s Bridal and Formal Attire. Each girl will then be scheduled for a fashion bridal shoot that will take place at the Mayo Hotel. Our photographers will then work with the bride and leading makeup artist Destry Davis to help them achieve a “glamour bridal look.” These girls will be pampered and coached and they are going to get to total “fashion experience.” Once they are ready we will then go all around the hotel to 3 key areas to take their photos.
We will take their photos by the beautiful Titanic-esc staircase that the Mayo Hotel recently installed. We will take their photos in the beautiful and regal ballroom that only the Mayo Hotel can provide, and then we are going upstairs for the rooftop shots. Each girl is going to have a huge variety of photos taken. Each girl will be coached through a variety of poses and each girl is going to be wowed by how they look in these photos.
A week later, all of the photos will be edited and they will be given to the brides on DVDs. Their images will also be posted on the Facebook pages of each Epic Photography and Facchianos Bridal and Formal Attire. The girls will then begin competing head to head to get the most likes. Whoever achieves the most likes will win the prize. It is going to be a game-changer and the girls are going to love this experience.
