The results are in and you have voted. Epic Photography is the official winner of theKnot.com’s “Best of Wedding Photographers!” Now the question remains, how did we do it and how can we sustain our high levels of success?
The Epic Difference.
At Epic Photography we believe that our opinions are not valid and yours are. Thus we listen to your feedback more than you know. Before every wedding we take the time to go over every variable that has the potential to make a Bride happy or upset. By asking our clients what you want, it helps take the guess work out of our jobs. And because every Bride we have ever met with dresses differently and thinks about things very differently this is a good thing. Style is such a subjective thing. Style such a matter of personal preferencee that does not make sense for our company to even have our own sense of style or photography preference. We supply the knowledge and the skill and we leave it up to you to tell us what you like and do not like.
What Makes Epic So Special?
At Epic Photography we believe that we are only as good as our last survey response so we obsess over the feedback that we get from Brides and Grooms. We obsess over hearing back from you because we know that you are the boss and you are the ones that we are trying to lease. As with most other businesses it is true that we have investors, media outlets that we are trying to impress, but they will not be impressed unless you are happy. To this end, we spend more time training our photographers than any other company in Oklahoma or Texas.
With a team as large as ours, we believe that every photographer must be relatable, and eager to learn what you as a Bride & Groom want. Thus, we hire based on personality, trainability and the overall eagerness to learn. We believe that our photography and videography training academy will do the rest. Essentially we believe that Chet Cadieux’s (the President of QuikTrip) beliefs are right, “Hire for attitude and expectations and train the skills.”
